Her research interests are in data science, digital innovation, blockchain and tokenomics. Mafalda believes these are key to innovation and will disrupt business models. By understanding the data value chain and how distributed and decentralised business models work, entrepreneurs will be well equipped to devise novel solutions, services, and conceive new ways of doing business. She is passionate about integrating regenerative economics principles into the business’ core values to support the development of regenerative projects that strengthen nature’s ecosystem services, promote biodiversity and communities’ prosperity, and generate equity and wealth for the whole.
