I am currently a PhD student at UCD, working on a research project which is funded by Nestle Research. My background is in Dietetics, and I graduated from a master’s degree in Nutrition and Health in 2020. Since then, I have worked for Nestle Research in a nutritional epidemiology team, and I also worked at the European Commission on front-of-pack nutrition labellings.
I started my PhD in January 2023. My project focuses on the methodology to develop food portion sizes recommendations.
I am 27 years old and I am from France. Over the past 3 years I lived closed to the Alps and therefore I really enjoy outdoor activities, such as hiking, or stand up paddling. I love dancing (salsa and bachata) on weekends, and I play piano to relax. I’m always very happy to meet with my friends on a terrasse and enjoy a good weather and some drinks.
