Autumn O’Donnell is a postdoctoral researcher investigating the potential of functional data analysis for prediction of cardiac output in a project led by Dr. Andrew Simpkin.
Her PhD was in the use of transcriptomics and machine learning for prediction of recurrence in prostate cancer at University College Cork.
Autumn graduated from the University College Cork in 2021 with an MSc in Data Science and Analytics and has a BEng in Biomedical Engineering from Cork Institute of Technology (now Munster Technological University) as well as a PGCert in Perfusion Science from the University of Bristol.
