Carmen has a BSc in Political Science, a MA in International Development and Management of Public Policy, Programmes and Projects, and a MSc in Social Data Analytics. She worked in the international development sector for several years before joining Insight. In her current role, she conducts data analysis to monitor the center’s metrics and KPIs, coordinating with the four co-lead universities to compile various reports.
