Siobhán O’Neill is the EU Projects Support Officer working in UCC. Siobhán provides support across Insight@UCC’s portfolio of EC funded projects. She is responsible for leading the Communications and Dissemination Work Package of the StairwAI project and similar activities in the ASSISTANT project. She also contributes to management and core activities of the VISION and HumanE AI Net projects.
Siobhán’s research interests are many and varied including human computer interaction, psychophysiology across the lifespan, and exploring teaching, learning and assessment practices in higher education.
Siobhán holds a BA in Applied Psychology from UCC and is currently completing her PhD research in the School of Applied Psychology, exploring psychobiological wellbeing, including the impact of technology use on sleep. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (UCC) and a Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Software Development (GMIT). Siobhán is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management (TUS).
