Dr Susan Leavy, Assistant Professor at the UCD School of Information and Communication Studies and a member of government’s AI Advisory Council, explored the ethical challenges and opportunities in AI at a recent event at Griffith College Dublin cvered by Business Plus magazine. Prof Alan Smeaton founding director of  Insight at DCU and an advisor to the government on AI strategy, shared his insights on the intersection of AI, policy and education.
