Sean Quinn graduated with a BSc. in Computer Applications from DCU in 2017 and was subsequently awarded an Irish Research Council scholarship to undertake a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Insight DCU under the supervision of Dr. Alessandra Mileo(https://www.insight-centre.org/users/alessandra-mileo). Sean’s main research concerns the injection and extraction of knowledge from deep neural networks and the implications of these techniques in transfer learning and neural explainability. Sean’s research interests include Deep Learning, Neural-Symbolic AI, Knowledge Representation and Graph Neural Networks.
